Shipping 

Standard shipping charges are applied at checkout. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

We despatch orders as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours (Monday – Friday). Orders usually take between 3-5 days to arrive. As a small business it can take slightly longer during busy periods 

Some products are made to order and can take several weeks to create (please check item description).

International shipping is not currently possible  

Returns 

We hope you are happy with your ella purchase.  

If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange your item, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt to let us know. The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when delivered.  You will then have 10 days to send your item back to us after confirmation from ella. The window for returns will close 31 days from the date you received your original order.  

To return or exchange a product, please contact us with your order reference number and the reason(s) for the return. We will reply with a return address and further instructions. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and we advise using a tracked service to ensure safe return. You will be refunded for your item upon its receipt by the ella team.  

As we are a small business, returns are treated on an individual basis and we will always endeavour to be as flexible as possible. The policy outlined above will be used as the basis for all returns.
